Fairvest Statement: False Darren Wilder and Fairvest Telegram Accounts

Fairvest is a JSE-listed property REIT specialising in retail and commercial real estate.

We have recently become aware of Telegram accounts falsely impersonating Fairvest and members of our Executive team in particular our CEO. These accounts are not affiliated with Fairvest or any of its executives.

Fairvest maintains verified and legitimate accounts solely on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X. Any content claimed to be posted on Telegram by Fairvest or its executives is fraudulent and should be disregarded and reported.

We urge all our stakeholders and members of the public to exercise caution and verify the authenticity of any communication claiming to represent Fairvest or our CEO on Telegram.

We are actively addressing these matters to protect the integrity of our digital presence. Please report any suspicious activity directly on the Telegram channels or to Telegram.
