Fairvest Property Holdings Limited - COMPANY PROFILE

Fairvest is a property investment holding company and is listed in the “Real Estate Holdings and Development” sector of JSE Limited.

In December 2012 Fairvest raised R250 million of new equity in terms of a Vendor Consideration Placement and was oversubscribed. The market capitalisation of the company at 31 January 2013 was R396 million.

To build a retail-focused property portfolio comprised of

• Properties predominantly targeting the lower-LSM consumer or situated in non-metropolitan areas which have the potential for further value enhancement through active management and can be acquired at attractive yields
• Larger retail centres that are dominant in the area serviced
